Alright haha Im doing better no worries I was just sad last week to have so much change and have ZERO communication with my LAST MISSION haha weird but Im doing alot better today! So my companion's name Is Elder Marcos McClellan, He is from The DC area and he is 26. He has been out about 2 transfers and he is a good guy, He has a good heart haha. He is half brazillian but hasn't spoked portugues for about... 12 years so he is not to good at the accent but he can speak alot of words so we'll be a good companionship because all the people think Im from brazil which is pretty cool. This area is so different then my last area. This area we could fine like 20 people a day becasue they are all from Cape Verde and are very humble but... They actual Interest level is lower and so you get one appointment and then never see them again. We have a couple sweet Investigators 1. Marcos, he is a brazillian and he loves learning ( he wants to read the whole book of mormon before he gets baptised) and he is in mosiah right now so he is moving pretty quick. Problem is he works crazy hours so getting him at home is rough. 2. Junior he is 12 years old and cape verdian, he is one of our members sons who just moved here from cape verde and wants to be baptised so he has a date for March 19th. 3. Eunice, She is a lady who found the church online and she is deaf, We went over 3 times this week and I wrote and signed as much as possible haha other then that I wrote on a white board but because ASL is her first language she doesn't have all the english grammer stuff so its hard to understand when she writes back, Yesterday we got onine with the MTC and a ASL speaker there kind of taught here through the tv haha it was sweet but she is very interested. Only problem is we don't have anyone is the ward who can help support here at church.... so not sure what to do yet. Maybe I'll just type while people speak so she can read all of church but...Not quite sure. Those are the most promissing but Yester we had a Stake meeting with Presiding Bishop Burton and he was awesome. He spoke really well and I loved to hear a called servant of the lord. My portugues is already getting better. I can now read the Book Of Mormon is portugues so that is what I study in now and I love the Language and the People. My Ward is not a Portugues Branch though we have Portugues Translation with about 30 Cape Verdians and more americans so I will have to Translate haha :S oh boy gotta love a good challenge huh.That is good for the Petty's and Bro Beckstand. Petty's are the Petty's and they'll be back.... When I come home of course ;)! The Mission rules are so different here though haha we can watch G movies and the Music is differnent but I can make the change for the next 4 1\2 months if they need me too ;) hahahah anyways This Area is sweet, My comp is a good guy and Im not dead yet. But we do only have the car for mon, tues, wed so the other days we walk and it poured this week haha with some snow haha it sucked but I love doing it for the Lord.! Well i think that is all I've got so... ate logo meus amos!! eu estou feliz entao, e mutio bom haha tchau meus servos!!! ;)
