Avo = Grampa, Pai = Dad , e Filho = Son I trained Elder Dos Santos and Elder Dos Santos trained Elder Bishop
This last week we met with Jodie for the first time in 2 months because she has been having some hard times. We went and taught her the Plan Of Salvation. It was such a great lesson and my favorite to teach. I love seeing the light come on after we show the plan that our Heavenly Father has lovingly prepared for us, his children. We also got to help clean Sis. Wild's family gymnastics gym. It was really fun haha I got to paint a wall behind these bleachers. And after we got to jump on their super bounce trampoline. I did a sick forward suicide dive into the pit from the tramp. We have also done a lot of service this week. We picked weeds for 3 hours and shoveled dirt at Sister Wild's non-member fathers house. I'm going to invite him to listen to a message next time we go over. Also yesterday we painted a house for one of the Spanish Members. I have pictures I will send home in a letter. The Swans have a friend that they want us to teach as well so things seem to be picking up with the area and this next transfer I think we should see some success from our work. I can't believe it's already 4th of July weekend. I remember sitting in the MTC Food Court with Elder Marlor last year talking about how sucky it was to know exactly what our families were doing and not being able to go hahah. Things sure have change since then! But it doesn't feel like it's been a year later. Time is slipping away and soon I'll be home but I'm going to " Finish the Fight" (halo) I love serving the Lord and being his hands, inviting our brothers and sisters to come and drink of the living water. And the sheep hear his avoice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and bleadeth them out. We need to know our Shepherd and follow his voice. I love the scriptures and learning more about my personal Savior. And I love you all. Have a great week and until Monday.
Love, Elder Burton
