Wow this last week was a crazy one boys and girls haha. I'm really enjoying this transfer with Elder Wright. We are both really good for each other and we've been making some good progress.
This last week we had stake conference so we were off island from Thursday evening until last night... 5 freaking days haha it sucked so bad because we couldn't do to much work and we had to sleep at other missionary apt which is usually pretty fun.. but haha I got sick of sleeping over.. it's good to be back on the rock :). So we didn't do any work on our area for 5 days and so haha its tough but we're excited to be back and find some people.
Tuesday we we're going to find a former investigator that Elder Wright had here last year when he served on the Vineyard. And right when we got to the house a man called out of the top floor and asked " are you from Jehovah" and Elder Wright responded " No" because he thought he was asking about Jehovah's Witnesses. But then he said that we worked for Jehovah and the guy said alright come up here I like hearing people's different views and reading their books. So we went up and talked to him for about 5 min. We set up and appointment and left. We came back and he let us teach him for about 15 min. it's crazy about how the lord has prepared this man. His name is Bill and we gave him a restoration pamphlet and he told us at work one time this same pamphlet flew down to the basement right where he was standing, face up and he just stared at it. He was kind of scared when we showed him because of the experience. But we talked about baptism because he doesn't think he can be forgiven of the things he's done in the past. It was a super cool experience and I hope he will continue to meet with us. Other then that though haha.
