Hahaha well BIG suprise I did not get transfered!!! And yesterday it snow like crazy like almost 2 feet in some areas so that is why I didn't get a chance to email. But Yes It's true Im still in Framingham. And Yes so is Elder Dos Santos haha 6 months with the dude now.. But to be completely honest with you all Im not suprised. I felt that I wasn't going anywhere so I wan't suprised not to see my name on the T- Text but I was suprised that I will be staying with my Trainee a little longer haha 6 months doesn't happen all that often so it's pretty crazy! Yesterday we couldn't drive so I called sister Austin and asked if we could walk over to hang out with them for the day since we couldn't do anything else for P-Day and she said yes but that they would come and pick us up. So Her and Bro. Austin came and grabbed Elder Dos Santos and I, then back to the house we went. We got there and they asked if we wanted to go sledding so we did and it was way fun. We went to an old shut down ski resort so the hill was pretty big. The bad part was that we had to walk up the hill after we came down and Im not in as good as shape as I was before my mission so... haha a little more challenging for me unfortunately. But I was way fun! I missed snowboarding but I loved being there and having fun with The Austins! After that they took us to dinner in the Mall and I ate some Japanesse food which was really good and that concluded our P-Day by them taking us home. It was a really fun P-Day!
But On the missionary work side of Boston. We went out to lunch with Pat and Nick Paganella the other day (which we agreed not to talk about any religion with her to get her to agree to go) so we went and it was really fun but then Nick started going off haha teaching the second lesson pretty much and telling her how much he likes it. Kind of awkward but It was awesome because we werent preaching to her so haha she couldn't get mad at us. Then she took us on a tour a Framingham so she is really warming up to Elder Dos Santos and I which is really awesome.! We also taught a girl named Kacey McAdams who is a 14 year old girl who wants to be baptised!! All we have to do is teach her the lessons and she will be.
Background: she is a 14 year old girl who comes from a part member family. Sister Cosman (senior sister) home teaches her family and told her to read a chapter out of the Book Of Mormon everynight and Pray. Kacey does and feels the spirit. Kacey comes to church and brings her non member dad because her mom has to stay home with her sister who has SMS and was not suppose to live past 6 months and she is now 10!
So we went with Jasher Austin who is preparing to go on his mission and taught her a 1st and 2nd lesson combined because she knows most of the stuff. And we will be setting a date with her this week!! So the Area is really picking up and things are starting to happen! I am okay with staying, even though I do like change, I can handle a couple more months here if needed. That is all the cool stuff that happend over the last 10 days everything else is just normal! So Until next week ( monday) I love you all and I appreciate your prayers :)
Much love,
Elder Burton XoxO (Big hug, Little kiss, little hug, Big kiss) Nachooooo
